The Film Dirty Picture which is one of the most awaited film of the year as Vidya Balan in the film & it is based on the real life story of South Indian Sex Symbol Silk Smitha, focusing on how an actress who entertained & been a dream girl for millions people but her end was very tragic.

Vidya Balan who never smokes had to endorse a scene in which she had to really smoke for a scene in her forthcoming film Dirty Picture. The actress had to smoke up to 10 cigarettes for a scene while shooting for the film in Hyderabad. She starts to feel anxious after her 4th cigarette and underway coughing. This closed down shoot of the film for some minutes.
